Registration Fees
Thank you for your interest in attending the 15th Americas Conference on Wind Engineering. Please complete a separate registration form for each individual attendee. Please find the registration fee schedule below.
All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
*Note: Non-members may apply for AAWE membership at https://aawe.org/plans/aawe-membership/ and then register as a member upon the completion of the membership application.
Cancellations
Notice of conference registration cancellation must be received by Tuesday, April 1, 2025. If you cancel your registration by March 1, if you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your registration between March 2-April 1, a $100 administrative fee will be charged. From April 2, we regret that we are unable to refund the fees you paid. Please email your cancellation notice to hmcr.15acwe@mst.edu.
